Orlando Home Inspection Services
Promise to You

Choosing the right Home Inspector can be challenging. After all, each has varying experience, qualifications, equipment, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. So, how do you decide?

For one thing the report you receive should be a detailed, impartial, accurate report that will equip you, the Client, with the information you need to make an informed buying, selling, or investing decision.

Secondly, if you're the Buyer the report should help you escape buying the money pit; as Seller, it could help you gain a negotiating edge; as Home Owner you get an opportunity to fix potential problems early; and, either way, the Realtor's® chances of closing the deal are improved because we communicate our findings in a neutral manner so that no one gets scared.

Therefore, if you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. And be assured that whoever my client may be, I won't kill the deal. This I promise.

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the largest and most prestigious Home Inspector Certification conglomerate in the world.

Unlike other home inspection associations, InterNACHI front-ends many of its membership requirements and requires that its members take many other courses soon after joining.

In other words, all of our members must fulfill membership requirements before they can apply for membership. Other associations have little or no entrance requirements and encourage their members and associates to go out and perform hundreds of unqualified inspections for poor, unsuspecting consumers.

Nick Gromicko and his brother Ben Gromicko have made sure the members have very strict guidelines to follow to maintain membership. They have also provided the members with the tools and training necessary to do so for free.

Free certainly does not mean easy.

In order to be a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Florida must pass an exam and have Proof of Association Membership.

That is what makes InterNACHI so important to you, the Client.

It is the Home Inspector "University".

Before becoming InterNACHI Certified all of these prerequisites must be met before applying for membership:

  1. You must have passed InterNACHI's Online Inspector Examination with a score of 80% or better.

That means we had to have a very good home inspector knowledge base before the real training began

  2. You must have completed InterNACHI's Ethics Obstacle Course
  3. You must have taken InterNACHI's Standards of Practice Quiz

Then, after you join and become a certified member...

Within the first 90 days of becoming a certified member the following courses must be completed:

All of the aforementioned include quizzes and a final exam that must be passed with a score of 80% before credit can be given.

And then the real work begins...

If you are looking for a trustworthy team to do business with...
